Registration fee includes admittance to technical sessions, exhibit floor, all social functions (except golf outing), and a copy of the Conference Proceedings on flash drive or CD. Badges and registration materials will be available for pick-up on site; they will not be mailed in advance. Cancellations must be received by 1 October to receive a refund. There will be a $5 handling fee for cancellation. Exhibitors, spouses and students will need to purchase a ticket for the luncheon and dinner.
