How to Register
Online Opened	On-line registrations are being accepted. You may register on-site 10/12-10/14 (Tuesday thru Thursday). Cash or check only. No credit card payments will be accepted on site.
By mail Check only	Fill out the registration form and mail with a check payment made to: Northern WV Section of SPE Mail form and check payment to: Chesapeake Energy Attn: Zack Arnold 179 Chesapeake Drive Jane Lew, WV 26378 Registrations received by mail must be paid in US dollars by check. Forms will not be processed after 8 October 2010.

Refund/Cancellation Deadline

Refund/cancellation requests must be received in writing by 1 October 2010. There will be a $5 handling fee for cancellation.

Badge Pickup

No badges will be mailed. All badges will be available for on-site pick-up at the registration desk starting Tuesday, 12 October. Please be prepared to show photo ID to pick-up your conference badge.
