Refund/cancellation requests must be received in writing by 1 October 2010. There will be a $5 handling fee for cancellation.
No badges will be mailed. All badges will be available for on-site pick-up at the registration desk starting Tuesday, 12 October. Please be prepared to show photo ID to pick-up your conference badge.
