The Executive Committee for the 2010 SPE Eastern Regional Meeting wishes to invite you to become an exhibitor at the event to be held October 12th through 14th in Morgantown, WV at the Waterfront Place Hotel and Conference Center. The primary aim of SPE regional meetings is to collect, disseminate and exchange technical and professional information. We will feature 48+ technical papers (focusing largely on local interests), short courses, an estimated 140 exhibitors, and many great networking opportunities. We anticipate a record number of registrants for the meeting, making it an excellent opportunity to see old friends, meet new people, and get up to speed on the rapidly changing Appalachian Basin. You and your employees won’t want to miss this exciting and informative event!

Exhibitions will be in the newly constructed Conference Center attached to the Waterfront Place hotel. We will be able to accommodate 140 – 8ft x 10ft booths. With each booth purchased one free registration is included, two with double booth exhibitors. Please see our website or contact us for an updated booth placement schematic. Booths will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis, so please return the attached Exhibitor’s Form soon for that prime space!
